Meditation

Meditation is an immersion in the subconscious, dialogue with the universe. This requires complete privacy and silence.
One of the methods of meditation is to observe your thoughts from the outside, to see how they appear and disappear, and how other thoughts come to replace them. The process can be compared to the situation when a person stands at a busy highway and looks at cars passing by. These thoughts cannot be attached, they cannot be “thought”, only observed as something foreign in the head. The best way to meditate is a meditation at dawn when the mind is pure. For this purpose, you shall choose a quiet place where there is no one who could disturb. A hill with a view on the sunrise, a temple or a pagoda that is rarely visited by monks, even a deserted beach with a monotonous noise of the surf, such places are perfect for reuniting with nature and the universe.
