Question: How to buy the excursion and to use the website?
Answer:

Choose the excursion, which attract you most. You can do it on any page of website, but we recommend you to use the Main page of website. If you want to return on Main page, click on the logo AMAZING top left in menu.

Read the excursion description and decide, if it suits you. If you have any additional questions, it will be better to contact to our office for explanation. Right from the description you can see the ticket cost of exact excursions – both for adults and children.

Click on the current month calendar, located below. This is your basic tool. Choose desired excursion date. If excursion is held in chosen date, the date will be shown as red circle, if not – the registration date will not change. Immediately mini-ad will be appeared indicating the number of tickets available for purchase. So you can understand, if the tickets available on exact date. It is also possible to choose another date, most of excursions are held often, some of them are held every day.

Fill in left field, pointed the exact number of purchased tickets and their adult or child status. The date of your excursion will be shown on the table below. The final excursion cost will be shown after the table.

You should fill in right field, where it is necessary to write the name, personal contacts and living place on Samui lake. Otherwise we can not guarantee performance of your application. You can add comments, if you have any special wishes. We will try to take them into account.

Now you can move to payment. Click on the red button PAY, located centrally below the calendar. After that you will find Electronic Funds Transfer, and here you can pay by your credit card. If you have online payment experience or if you buy something in online shops, this procedure will be not difficult for you. Proceed as indicated on the serial interface. All payments are made through secure protocol http, through the payment server of our partner bank Bangkok bank. After bank payment confirmation, you will get on your email itinerary receipt, where all excursion information will be. You can print your itinerary receipt on hotel reception or save it on your mobile device. The transfer will pick you up at excursion day, at exact time, which is pointed on you itinerary receipt, you should show your receipt to the driver in paper or in electronic form.

We pay your attention: if you want to visit some or all our excursions, but the residence time on fabulous Samui island is limited, or you have holidays with big family, we recommend you to book excursions in advance according to the schedule in order to avoid disappointment, inconvenience or problems with lack of tickets.

Question: Is it possible to buy excursion ticket in cash?
Answer:

You can order the excursion and pay it in cash. To do this you should contact by this phone numbers - +66 980 84 90 21 (international) / 0 980 84 90 21 (call from Thailand) / 0 77 41 38 19 with operator of the company and say, what excursion would you like to choose, or may be you want to book several excursions, amount of people (adults and children), on what date do you plan to have the excursion. Specify a courier will drive to exact hotel and will bring you itinerary receipt (set of receipts) and will take cash payment.

Question: Is it possible to abandon the excursion and get money for tickets back?
Answer:

Yes, it is possible. You should contact with our operator +66 980 84 90 21 (international) / 0 980 84 90 21 (call from Thailand) / 0 77 41 38 19 no later than one day prior to the excursion during office hours from 09:00 to 20:00 Thai time. You need to tell operator order number and all contact details, it is pointed in itinerary receipt. Money refund will be transferred on your credit card, in accordance with banking procedures and deadlines.

Question: Could you provide the insurance and is the insurance included in excursion cost?
Answer:

Companies, who hold excursions, are licensed by the Department of Tourism of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the issue is taken into account when matching services to all local regulations in the field of tourism. Accident insurance is included into the cost of each excursion.
